Abã marã :

Nganingkhui khavãi makhalei, abã makhalei.

Chanjam : Abã marãnãoli chipat shãra, “Chipatta ngapata. Khamor chipit khamor makheiyei! Maleakha male ngapãowa.” Kakhalat, Khangazanali chipatta khamor chipit akha khamorli za, kapikakha maleli zaya kajina.

Acham ãram : 

Mirincham (modes of life, manner).

Chanjam : [i] Phãkakhaningabingwui ãcham ãrama, “Kapongthei thãya.” Kakhalat, Kapongthei hi khalarli kaphora ãtheiyur ãkhana. Minhãiakha hungping eina shãiphãshunki kachi thãya. Alungshonga zikrik eina mashãipãimana, muiya. Phãkharekabingwui ãcham hi kapongtheili chãnjam sai. [ii] “Lana ngachãda mathuisangpaiya, ãcham ãram malokhuipaimana.” Kakhalat, lanli ãcham ãramna sakmeiya.

Bible :Cheiro cheirang :

Makhamathing, shakapum kahãi.

Chansam : Mã hi mamathingla cheiro cheirang hãira.

Chifa chihã :

khamakhão, makathar, uphur.

Chansam : [i] Khorkhong chi shinghãilu, chifa chihã phansanga. [ii] “Thakta kathui phameithui, maningakha chifa chihã phanrora”. Kakhalat, makathar phanrorhaowa.

Chihãnda ngamãn ikaji :

Kachihãn maungkashung.

Chanjam : [i] Chihãnda  ngamãn ikaji ,“Shiok khamei khamayut thãhãoravei.”  Kakhalat, shiok khamei mayuthok kakhui thãda khikha masamkaphang. [ii] “Pawungna mashuithei kahon thãhaira.” Kakhalat, Pawungna mashuithei minakha shãirada honlaga khamin makhangavã thãda honphing kahai.

Chinão ngarã :

Pharã kharumabing.

Bible : “Yangshida yangshiakha chinão ngarã yangshimei.” Chanjam 17:17b.

“Mashitkharek ngasotnão lei. Kha chinão ngarãli sakkhamei ngasotnão lei.” Chanjam 18.24b 

Chinãoni vãnãoni :

Chinão vãnão, ãva ãvã kala nãongarã.

Chanjam : [i] “Chinão vãnao maheilala pheoshãra, shakhaliliya pheotãpãiya, ãshili mapheopãimana.” Kakhalat, shimkhura mangahãnsãlala chinão ngarã mashokmana ji shãra. [ii] “Chinão vãnãoni chi fa eina chão thãda yangshãt mathãmana.”

Chin khamahãi :

Ningkakachãi, maleikashi.

Chanjam : “Rãmshili (poor old hut) machinmahãialu.” Kakhalat, khangazanalila machinalu, ana thangkha khangachon mira.

Chinrangrang :

Maleishilãk kaji.

Chanjam :  [i] “Pareivana chinrangrang hãoda hãitungli Lãphit mamimatara!” [ii] “Gaharana chinrangrang hãoda Lãphit tungli manho chi mihãotara!”

Chinrei pãorei :

Ngalang kazãr ãtam, yãrui kachungkha kagazip.

Chansam : Chinrei Pãoreili rãzangluida, teo ngalangzãrhaolã!

Chin sharshar :

Maleishiphut kaji.

Chanjam : “Chin sharshar mahonshakzãki kachile hanthopthap ngamãilaga shãohãhã khangashangna chongmei”. Kakhalat, Leishilaga okthui kharumna phãmeiya kajina.

Chipatta katat :

Sãkaza, tãkatung.

Chanjam : “Chipatta katat, khatatta ngapata (harm set, harm catch).” Kakhalat, Kateili chipat akha khalatali ungzaya.

Chipã tiktik :

Ngachirangrang, ngachilãk kahãi, malung tãkatung.

Chansam : Shipãina nãomeikãpta malungtãtunglãk eina chipã tiktik shimli yãmungrãrãsai.

Chishon chithãi :

Makhangachei.

Chansam : Mithotna ngacheilala Prohova khangachei mavãila chishon chithãi.                                                                  

Chitung chitãng :

Katãvali khalei ãpam

Chansam : Chitung chitãngli khipãna ngahomvãrakhalei!

Chizutung chizutvã :

Hãngshing makasã.

Chansam : Theishing kakhui maleila chizutung chizutvã saphãphã kaji “ mithit khana”. Kakhalat, mi thikhavãina.

Chokchãi hãmmãi :

Ngachãng makãmada ot maung kashung.

Chanjam : “Phei ya kachang, khamor ya kachangmã!” Kha nana chokchãi hãmmãihãoda morkong  khuikahãitala! Kakhalat, ot pangda sãakha shãiphãya. Chokchãiakha zãkhavai masamphangmana kajina

Chonshi chonkãk :

Kashan kachon kakãk(tatters).

Chansam : Maleimada  suironron chonshi chonkãk ngavãilaga sei homza zatta lei .

Chonshi chonshã :

Chonshi kateoteonao.

Chansam : Chonshi chonshã rangkhuilaga karopkui sãkhui.
